| Noelle Daoudian, Executive Director Noelle Daoudian is a Fresno native, born and raised. She attended Westmont College in Santa Barbara, receiving a BA in Communication Studies with a minor in Business and Economics. She is currently a graduate student in the MA Program in Peacemaking and Conflict Studies at Fresno Pacific University where she is working on her thesis. Noelle has been involved with VORP since 2006, serving first as a volunteer mediator, then as the Mediation Manager and being named Executive Director in 2007. In addition, she has served on the board for the Association for Conflict Resolution, Central California Chapter, since 2006, facilitated Civil Court mediations, and presented at various national conferences. |

| Johnny Phouthachack, Agreements Manager Johnny Phouthachack received the BA degree in criminology with a certificate in victim studies from California State University Fresno and came to work for VORP in 2001. |
  | Daniella Bove, Case Manager Daniella is a full-time volunteer through Mennonite Voluntary Service. |
